With continued growth, they’re looking to add passionate and motivated Rehabilitation Consultants to their teams across multiple regions.




The Role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will manage a mixed caseload supporting injured workers to safely and sustainably return to work. You’ll work closely with employers, treating practitioners, insurers, and stakeholders to deliver evidence-based, practical rehabilitation outcomes.




Key responsibilities include:

• Case management within the workers compensation scheme
• Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation and RTW plans
• Conducting workplace, functional and vocational assessments
• Liaising with insurers, employers and medical providers
• Providing clear, professional reporting and recommendations

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys autonomy, values client outcomes, and wants to grow within a supportive team.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in OT, EP or Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation (or strong transferable skills)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle
